Scope of work:
Review the bylaws annually and make recommendations to the Minnesota Watersheds Board for changes that may be needed as laws and circumstances change.
Review the MOPP annually and make recommendations to the Minnesota Watersheds Board for changes that may be needed as laws and circumstances change.
Review and make recommendations on any bylaws or MOPP changes submitted through the annual resolutions process.
